February 6th, 2010Food DiaryHere’s my food diary for February the 6th. It was my post weigh in cheat day, so I indulged in yet another Chinese! Dinner was pure comfort food that was relatively healthy.
- Toasted ham sandwich (wholemeal bread)
- Char Sui Pork on Soft Fried Noodles with Pak Choi
- 2x Weetabix with skimmed milk
- Green Tea
- Protein Shake
- Breaded Cod with beans on toast and 1x poached egg

February 6th, 2010Must Get Healthy!Heres my progress pictures for this week. I still seem to be cutting down my body fat which is good. Muscle mass is increasing, so my overall weight isn’t really dropping (which isn’t a bad thing for my body type). I’m pretty happy with progress thus far. I certainly feel more healthy than I did at the beginning of the year. As you can see from the photo, I’ve had my tattoo added to, so I’ll have a take a few days off from the gym. I hope it doesn’t adversely affect my progress too much.
